Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Scope of Application
- 1. The accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between our facility and guests shall be governed by these terms and conditions, and any matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established customs.
- 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if our facility agrees to a special contract within the scope not contrary to laws and customs, such special contract shall take precedence.
Article 2: Application for Accommodation Contract
- 1. Persons wishing to apply for an accommodation contract with our facility are requested to provide the following information:
- (1) Name and contact information of the guest
- (2) Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
- (3) Accommodation charges
- (4) Other matters deemed necessary by our facility
- 2. If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, our facility will treat this as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time the request is made.
Article 3: Conclusion of Accommodation Contract, etc.
- 1. The accommodation contract shall be deemed concluded when our facility accepts the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if our facility proves that it did not accept the application.
- 2. When the accommodation contract is concluded as stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the guest shall pay the accommodation charges specified by our facility by the date designated by our facility.
- 3. If the guest fails to pay the accommodation charges by the date designated by our facility as stipulated in the preceding paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its effect. However, this applies only if our facility has notified the guest of the payment due date when designating it.
Article 4: Special Contracts Not Requiring Payment of Accommodation Charges
- 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of the preceding article, our facility may agree to a special contract that does not require payment of accommodation charges after the contract is concluded.
- 2. If, when accepting an application for an accommodation contract, our facility does not request payment of the accommodation charges as stipulated in paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the payment due date, it shall be treated as having agreed to the special contract in the preceding paragraph.
Article 5: Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contract
- 1. Our facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
- (1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions
- (2) When there are no available rooms due to full occupancy
- (3) When it is recognized that the person intending to stay may engage in acts contrary to laws, public order, or good morals in connection with the accommodation
- (4) When the person is a member of an organized crime group as defined in the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991), Article 2, Item 2 (hereinafter "organized crime group"), a member as defined in Item 6 of the same article (hereinafter "organized crime group member"), a quasi-member, related person, or other antisocial force
- (5) When the corporation or organization is controlled by an organized crime group or organized crime group member
- (6) When a corporation has an officer who is an organized crime group member
- (7) When violent demands are made in connection with accommodation, or unreasonable burdens are requested
- (8) When it is clearly recognized that the person intending to stay is a person with an infectious disease
- (9) When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons
- (10) When it is recognized that the person intending to stay may not comply with these terms and conditions or the rules of use established by our facility within the premises
- (11) When falling under the provisions of Article 5 of the Ryokan Business Act and the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ryokan Business Act as administered by the local authority governing this facility.
Article 6: Guest's Right to Cancel Contract
- 1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying our facility.
- 2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest, our facility will charge a cancellation fee as specified by our facility. However, if our facility has agreed to a special contract as stipulated in Article 4, Paragraph 1, this applies only if our facility has notified the guest of the obligation to pay a cancellation fee when agreeing to the special contract.
- 3. If the guest does not arrive by 11:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation without prior notice, our facility may treat the accommodation contract as having been canceled by the guest.
Article 7: Right of Our Facility to Cancel Contract
- 1. Our facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:
- (1) When it is recognized that the guest may engage in acts contrary to laws, public order, or good morals in connection with the accommodation, or has actually done so
- (2) When the guest is an organized crime group, organized crime group member, quasi-member, related person, or other antisocial force
- (3) When the corporation or organization is controlled by an organized crime group or organized crime group member
- (4) When a corporation has an officer who is an organized crime group member
- (5) When violent demands are made in connection with accommodation, or unreasonable burdens are requested
- (6) When it is clearly recognized that the guest is a person with an infectious disease
- (7) When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other force majeure
- (8) When the guest does not comply with the prohibited matters in these terms and conditions or the rules of use established by our facility
- (9) When the case falls under the provisions of the enforcement ordinances governing our facility
- 2. If our facility cancels the accommodation contract based on the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for services not yet provided.
Article 8: Registration of Accommodation
- 1. On the day of accommodation, the guest shall register the following information at the front desk of our facility:
- (1) Name, age, gender, address, and contact information of the guest (including roommates)
- (2) For foreign nationals, presentation of a passport, which will be copied and kept
- (3) Date and scheduled time of departure
- (4) Other matters deemed necessary by our facility
- 2. If the guest intends to pay the charges stipulated in Article 12 by a method substituting for currency, such as credit card, the guest shall present such means at the time of registration in the preceding paragraph.
Article 9: Hours of Use of Guest Rooms
- 1. The hours during which the guest may use the guest room of our facility shall be from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day. However, in the case of consecutive stays, the guest may use the room all day except for the arrival and departure days.
- 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, our facility may allow the use of guest rooms outside the hours specified above. In such cases, the following additional charges will apply:
- (1) Until 1:00 p.m.: 30% of the daily rate
- (2) Until 3:00 p.m.: 50% of the daily rate
- (3) After that: full daily rate
Article 10: Entry into Guest Rooms
- 1. Our facility may enter the guest room without the guest's permission even after check-in in the following cases:
- (1) When providing services such as cleaning
- (2) When it is recognized that the guest may engage in acts contrary to laws, rules of use, public order, or good morals, or has actually done so
- (3) When entry is deemed necessary in accordance with the instructions of the police or fire department
- (4) When it is deemed necessary for the maintenance of the building or facilities
- (5) When our facility deems it necessary to confirm the guest's safety or ensure security
Article 11: Compliance with Rules of Use
- 1. Guests shall comply with the rules of use established by our facility in accordance with these terms and conditions while on the premises.
Article 12: Business Hours
- 1. The main business hours of our facility are as follows. For details of other facilities, please refer to the brochures or notices posted in various locations.
Please note that business hours may change without prior notice.
- (1) Front desk service hours
(a) Curfew: None
(b) Front desk service: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
(c) Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
(d) Check-out: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
No front desk services are provided outside the above hours.
- (2) Facility service hours
(a) Private bath: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.
(b) Coin laundry: 24 hours
Article 13: Payment of Charges
- 1. The breakdown of accommodation charges to be paid by the guest is as follows:
- (1)Accommodation charges
- (2)Additional charges
- (3)Taxes
- 2. Payment of accommodation charges, etc. shall be made in currency or by credit card or other methods accepted by the facility, at the front desk upon the guest's arrival or when requested by the facility.
- 3. Even if the guest voluntarily does not stay after the facility has provided the guest room and made it available for use, the accommodation charge will be charged.
Article 14: Responsibility of the Facility
- 1. The facility shall compensate the guest for any damage caused in the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements, except when such damage is not attributable to the facility.
Article 15: Handling When Contracted Guest Room Cannot Be Provided
- 1. If the facility cannot provide the contracted guest room, it shall, with the guest's consent, arrange alternative accommodation under the same conditions to the extent possible.
- 2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the facility cannot arrange alternative accommodation, it shall pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty, which will be applied to the amount of damages. However, if the inability to provide the guest room is not attributable to the facility, no compensation fee will be paid.
Article 16: Handling of Deposited Articles, etc.
- 1. In the event of loss, damage, etc. to items, cash, or valuables deposited by the guest at the front desk, the facility shall compensate for such damage, except in cases of force majeure. However, for cash and valuables, if the guest has not declared the type and value in advance, the facility shall compensate up to a maximum of 100,000 yen.
- 2. For items, cash, or valuables brought into the facility by the guest but not deposited at the front desk, the facility shall compensate for loss, damage, etc. only if caused by intent or negligence of the facility. However, for items for which the guest has not declared the type and value in advance, the facility shall compensate up to a maximum of 100,000 yen, except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the facility.
Article 17: Custody of Guest's Luggage or Belongings
- 1. If the guest's luggage arrives at the facility prior to their stay, the facility will be responsible for its safekeeping only if it has agreed to do so in advance, and will hand it over to the guest at check-in at the front desk.
- 2. If the guest's luggage or belongings are left at the facility after check-out, the facility will, in principle, wait for inquiries from the owner and follow their instructions. If there are no instructions, the facility will keep the items for three months and then dispose of them. However, food, magazines, items that may compromise hygiene, and items considered waste will be disposed of immediately.
- 3. The facility's responsibility for the custody of the guest's luggage or belongings in the above two cases shall be governed by the provisions of the preceding article, paragraph 1 for the first case, and paragraph 2 for the second case.
Article 18: Responsibility of the Guest
If the facility suffers damage due to the guest's intent or negligence, the guest shall compensate the facility for such damage.
Article 19: Disclaimer
- 1. The facility shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the guest due to the guest's intent or negligence.
- 2. Use of internet communication within the facility is at the guest's own responsibility. Services may be interrupted or terminated without notice due to system failures or other reasons.
- 3. The facility shall not be liable for any damage suffered by users as a result of service interruption during internet use due to system failures or other reasons. In addition, if the facility or a third party suffers damage due to acts deemed inappropriate by the facility during internet use, the guest shall compensate for such damage.
Article 20: Severability
- 1. Even if any part of these accommodation terms is judged illegal or invalid by a public authority, the remaining parts shall remain valid and unaffected.
Article 21: Language and Governing Law
- 1. These terms and conditions are prepared in languages other than Japanese, but in the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the terms and the translation, the Japanese text shall prevail in all respects.
- 2. All disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with Japanese law at the court having jurisdiction over the location of the facility.
Article 22: Changes to Accommodation Terms and Rules of Use
- 1. The facility may, at its discretion, change these terms and the rules of use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms, etc.") in the following cases. Users shall be deemed to have agreed to such changes without objection.
- (1)When the change to the Terms, etc. is in the general interest of the guests
- (2)When the change to the Terms, etc. is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, and other circumstances related to the change, and does not contravene the purpose of the contract
- 2. When changing the Terms, etc. pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the facility shall post the content of the revised provisions on its website, and the revised provisions shall apply from the effective date specified at the time of posting.
- 3. If a guest uses the facility after the effective date of the revised Terms, etc., the guest shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes.

Rules of Use
In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we have established the following rules of use based on Article 11 of our Accommodation Terms and Conditions. We kindly ask for your cooperation. If you do not comply with these rules, we may refuse your stay and use of our facilities in accordance with Article 7 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents resulting from non-compliance with these rules. In addition, if any damage occurs to our facility, you may be required to compensate for such damage, so please pay special attention.
Matters to be Observed for Safety and Security
- 1. Do not bring or use fire or items that may cause a fire within the facility.
- 2. The entire facility is non-smoking in accordance with the Tokyo Passive Smoking Prevention Ordinance. Please refrain from smoking. If smoking or cigarette butts are found, you will be charged for cleaning and other restoration costs (including the period during which the room cannot be used).
- 3. Please check the evacuation route map posted on the inside of each guest room door.
- 4. Please lock your room during your stay for security purposes.
- 5. Do not bring the following items into the facility:
- (1)Animals, birds, and other pets
- (2)Items with a strong offensive odor
- (3)Excessively large quantities of goods
- (4)Firearms, swords, or other weapons not legally permitted
- (5)Other items prohibited by law
Use of the Facility
- 1. Use of guest rooms by persons other than registered guests is strictly prohibited.
- 2. The hours during which guests may use the facility's amenities are from 3:00 p.m. on the check-in day to 10:00 a.m. on the check-out day. Use before check-in or after check-out is not permitted.
- 3. Do not use guest rooms for purposes other than accommodation.
- 4. Do not distribute or post advertisements, or sell goods within the facility without permission.
- 5. Do not take photos or videos for commercial purposes or in a manner that may disturb other guests without permission.
- 6. Stays by minors only are not permitted unless specifically authorized by a guardian.
- 7. Please return your room key to the front desk upon departure. If you lose the key or fail to return it, you will be charged the actual cost of replacement.
- 8. As a general rule, payment is required in advance, but if the front desk presents a statement, please pay each time. If payment is not made even after a request from the facility, you may be asked to vacate your room.
Other Prohibited Matters
- 1. Do not engage in gambling, acts that disturb public morals, intimidating behavior, or any acts that may disturb other guests.
- 2. Do not move or modify equipment or fixtures within the facility to other locations, or use them for purposes other than intended. You will be charged the actual cost for any soiling, damage, or loss.
- 3. Except in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as emergencies, do not enter emergency facilities or the rooftop.
- 4. Do not enter areas designated for staff use within the facility.
- 5. Do not leave your belongings in hallways or the lobby.
- 6. We do not accept advances for shopping, tickets, taxi fares, postage, or shipping costs for luggage.
- 7. Except with the facility's approval, do not order food or beverages from outside restaurants.
- 8. If you engage in any acts similar to the above, your use of the facility will be refused.
Changes to the Rules of Use
In accordance with Article 22 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions, the hotel may change the rules of use, and users shall be deemed to have agreed to such changes without objection.
